New Dates Released for BRCGS Gluten-Free Issue 4 (Sites) training

BRCGS recently released Issue 4 of their Global Standard Gluten-Free.

First published in 2011, the BRCGS Global Standard Gluten-Free has seen a year-on-year increase in the recognition of the Standard. With significant growth in the UK and Europe over this time, the Standard is globally applicable and now has certificated sites in 35 countries across the world.

HACCP Mentor has published upcoming virtual training sessions to educate applicable food businesses of the requirements of Issue 4.
